Media literacy is something that consists of 4 elements which are analyzing, evaluating, accessing and creating messages in many forms. From analyzing critically we can generate a new idea which and sharpen our thinking skills. For instance, if we have something in mind about what's lies behind the scene and also the content of the media. From there we can generate new ideas and can improve the message to the audience so that people are more alert about the current situation.

It is very important for FCM student to understand and practicing the elements in media literacy. Some of us may be a producer in the future thus we should get to know what we should have to produce a message that can help people to get clear picture about certain things or create propaganda, censorship and also public affairs. By learning this, we definitely improve our thinking skills which can lead us to produce a good media.
